These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Fyrelo mobile application and related services ("Fyrelo", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Fyrelo you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Fyrelo.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Fyrelo, and at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase coins, send gifts or request payouts. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Fyrelo is lawful where you live.
You are responsible for your account and everything that happens on it. Keep your password private. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Fyrelo lets you broadcast live video and interact with other users. You keep ownership of the content you create, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transmit, display and distribute it for the purpose of operating the service.
You must not broadcast or post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, exploits or endangers minors, promotes violence or hatred, infringes intellectual-property rights, or harasses others. We may remove content and suspend broadcasters at our discretion, with or without notice.
Coins are a virtual item with no monetary value outside Fyrelo. Coins are not redeemable for cash by the purchaser, are non-transferable except through in-app gifting, and unused coins are forfeited if your account is terminated for violating these Terms. Purchases are final except where refunds are required by law or by the app-store platform's policies.
Streamers may convert gift earnings into payout requests subject to the minimum thresholds, verification requirements and processing times shown in the app. We may withhold payouts where we reasonably suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.
You must not: attempt to access other users' accounts; interfere with or disrupt the service; use bots or automation to inflate views, likes or gifts; circumvent moderation or bans; or use Fyrelo to send spam or unsolicited promotion.
You may stop using Fyrelo and delete your account at any time from Settings → Account security. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including licences to already-broadcast content, and limits of liability) survive.
Fyrelo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the six months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
