This Privacy Policy explains what information Fyrelo collects, why, and what control you have over it.
Account information: name, display name, email address, password (stored as a one-way hash), and optionally an avatar, bio, country, gender and date of birth.
Activity: streams you broadcast, chat and direct messages you send, gifts sent and received, coin transactions and payout requests.
Technical data: device type, app version, and crash or diagnostic reports the app sends when something goes wrong. Crash reports may include recent app logs; they are used only to fix defects.
To operate the service (deliver streams, messages and gifts), to keep an accurate coin ledger, to process payouts, to enforce our Terms and moderate content, to secure accounts, and to fix problems. We do not sell your personal information.
Live streams are public to Fyrelo users by design. Anything you broadcast, and messages you post in a stream's public chat, can be seen by others. Direct messages are visible only to the two participants and to moderators investigating a report.
We share data only with service providers needed to run Fyrelo (hosting, payment/app-store platforms for purchases, payout providers), and with authorities where the law requires it.
You can delete your account in Settings → Account security. Deletion anonymises your profile immediately: your name, email and profile details are removed and your sessions are revoked. Financial ledger records are retained in anonymised form as required for accounting and fraud prevention.
Settings → Privacy controls whether your country is shown, who can send you direct messages, and whether your online status is visible. Settings → Notifications controls what we may notify you about.
Fyrelo is not directed at children under 13, and we remove accounts we discover to belong to children under 13.
